Instructions
Call Flower Energy Blends from the Flower Energies vial by name or by the flowers listed in the Blend.
1. Place Flower Energies vial on chest.
2. Place palm of open left hand over Flower Energies vial.
3. Call Flower Energy Blend by name (i.e., Center), or call Energies listed in the Blend.
4. Place palm of open right hand over left back of hand.
5. Close your eyes and take 3 deep breaths in and out.
6. Done.
How to Create Your Own Unique Flower Energies Blends
Make a list of Flower Energies for the Blend, give the Blend a name, and then call it as My Own Blend _____ (fill the blank with the Blend name).
For example say: My Own Blend "Bug Bite Rash" (Where you have compiled a list of Flowers for the Blend and named it "Bug Bite Rash.")
The Bug Bite Rash Blend contents might be: Crab Apple, Impatiens, Olive, White Kukui
Multiple Blends can be listed in a single file. Use the follow this format for the file.
